1. Order Processing
All orders are carefully reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods, sale events, or new collection launches, processing may take up to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery
Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days) — Free on orders over $75; $5.95 on orders under $75
- Express Shipping (2–3 business days) — $12.95
- Overnight Shipping (next business day, order by 12 PM) — $24.95
International Shipping
- Standard International (10–18 business days) — From $14.95
- Expedited International (5–9 business days) — From $29.95
International delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, and local carrier conditions. Boreale Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
3. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL to ensure your order arrives safely. The carrier used for your order will be displayed in your shipping confirmation email.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the carrier's website or through your Boraele Co. account to monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping fees at checkout.
Boraele Co. is not responsible for delays resulting from customs clearance. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees before placing an international order.
6. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we are unable to ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for Express and Overnight orders)
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- Certain international destinations — contact us to confirm availability for your region
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Allow 24 hours, as carriers sometimes update tracking prematurely
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Reach out to us at info@boraeleco.com if the issue remains unresolved
For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
8. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Boraele Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately at info@boraeleco.com if you notice an error — we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
